Cancellation / refunds

Prior to first accessing a course and within 7 days of the date of purchasing a course (the cancellation period), if for any reason you decide to cancel your subscription to a course and want a refund, you must notify cpdwise.com in writing (e-mail is fine). As long as we receive notice of your desire to cancel within the cancellation period you are entitled to a full refund. 

Once you have accessed the course or the cancellation period has elapsed, it will not be possible for cpdwise.com to provide a refund. If you have been unable to access a course as a result of technical difficulties on the part of cpdwise.com, you may be entitled to a refund. 

This does not affect your statutory rights.

User Access

Each user on cpdwise.com is solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her username and password and ensuring only he/she uses his/her cpdwise.com login details.  User further agrees to immediately inform cpdwise.com of any unauthorized use of their user username and password or any other breach of security and to log off from their account at the end of each session.
