All regulated financial institutions in Europe are subject to law and regulation designed to counter and reduce financial crimes of all types. Financial institutions are, for obvious reasons, particularly vulnerable to these types of crime. This tutorial is intended to introduce you to, or remind you of, your obligations in the following areas: - anti-money laundering (AML) - counter-terrorist financing - financial and economic sanctions - financial fraud - bribery and corruption
