On completion of this tutorial, you will be able to:
- understand the purpose of the Data Protection Act
- describe the eight rules that lie at the heart of data protection legislation
- know who is obliged to register under the Data Protection Acts
- explain some other important provisions in relation to data protection and understand the regulations on electronic privacy
To reinforce certain key principles interesting real-life examples are used through out the presentation.
The course has some audio. But is not narrated through out.
To generate a certificate the pass mark for this tutorial is 70%.
