If I book courses on cpdwise.com how will I access them?

cpdwise will manually assign you to your courses on our Learning Management System (LMS) and e-mail you your login details.

Do I have to get a quote before booking courses?

Yes.

Can I purchase your courses online?

Not at the moment. Please contact us for a quote and we will be back to you within 24 hours.

What information should I include when requesting a quote?

  • A list of courses you require (please specify the course variant you want as we offer multiple versions of courses such as AML for different countries).

  • The number of people you want to do each course.

  • Your contact details.

  • Details of the organisation you represent.

If booking courses, what will I need to send to cpdwise.com?

  • The first name, last name and e-mail addresses of each person and confirmation of the courses you want each person to do.

  • Your business's billing details for the invoice and to determine the correct VAT rate to charge.

  • Payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer or PayPal.

Do you take Credit Cards over the phone?

No.

I have previously done courses on cpdwise.com. Can I get a list of my course completions?

Yes, just use the contact form; let us know what you want and we will send the report to the e-mail address you used to register on cpdwise.com.
